What to expect

  • You may schedule a TeleCARE visit for your child or for yourself if you are 16 years or older at your convenience with a pediatric emergency physician for any non emergency medical complaint or injury.

  • An emergency medicine physician is available to provide adult care from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM and for children <16 from 12:00pm to 12:00 AM midnight -  7 days per week.

  • We are licensed to provide care to patients located in Rhode Island.

  • Our physicians will provide care to all patients accessing TeleCARE services. 

  • We accept all major insurers and do not collect  payment before a visit. 

  • Your insurance company will be billed for the visit.  Uninsured patients will not be billed for COVID-19 related visits.

  • Visits for patient < 12 years  of age must be scheduled by a parent who must be available in the location of the patient during the visit

  • For patients requiring prescriptions or testing, our physicians will e prescribe and order labs and X-rays at convenient location.

  • Our physicians will guide and refer your child or you for appropriate follow up, additional care or referrals when needed. 

  • We will e-fax a summary of your child’s or your visit to your primary care provider.
